Yes, you will have access to your hosting control panel and DNS records if you would like it.
We understand that some practices or third-party providers may occasionally need direct access to manage domain settings, email records or website configurations. Full access can therefore be provided whenever required.
That said, most clients prefer us to handle the technical side for them as part of the managed hosting service. We are always happy to assist with tasks such as adding DNS records, creating new email accounts, setting up email forwarders, configuring SPF or DKIM records and making general hosting adjustments on your behalf.
Our aim is to provide the flexibility of full access when needed, while also removing the stress of technical management for practices that would rather leave it in safe hands.
